Challenge:
Intrasonics wanted to understand the potential of a range of concepts based on a new technology

Approach:
Instrata developed and tested a range of concepts in co-design sessions with various user groups. The sessions began by exploring people's experiences and possible opportunity areas, discussing people's ideas and hearing people's reactions. We presented a series of paper concepts, and finally had users explore working prototypes. This approach afforded us the possibility to identify new opportunities, to work these up and to refine them during the discussion, as well as obtain detailed feedback on the concepts that we or the client were proposing.

Outcome:
Instrata helped Intrasonics identify new concepts, clarify the pros and cons of existing concepts as perceived by users, and assisted Intrasonics refine its product and marketing strategy.
