Challenge:
Vodafone wanted to encourage customers to discover new services on their mobiles

Approach:
Instrata undertook an international research project to identify new opportunities to support learning on the mobile. Based on this research and a competitor analysis, we identified potential mobile learning opportunities and developed a set of design principles. Instrata facilitated workshops with the client team and realised a set of prioritised solutions. These were developed into 11 prototype concepts, which were evaluated and refined in participatory sessions with users across regions, and specified for final design.

Outcome:
Instrata created a definitive set of cross-channel concepts to support the learning of new services on the mobile and took them to a stage where Vodafone could have them implemented.
